Arlington’s Best Local Hardwood Flooring Installers
It is known as the Entertainment Capital of Texas; it could be called Fun Town or the Monarch of the Mid-Cities, but it’s official name is Arlington, Texas. Of all the cities that count on us for hardwood flooring installation, Arlington is, hands down, one of our team’s favorite; here’s why!
Arlington, Texas: Not All Fun & Games (Just Plenty)
What a city! For a start, it is proud home of the Texas Rangers baseball team, the Dallas Cowboys football team, the University of Texas at Arlington (the 2nd largest school in the UT system), and Six Flags Over Texas. Arlington is also comprised of 133,000 households, many of whom have used Texas Hardwood Flooring as their hardwood flooring installer!
The seventh-largest city in Texas, Arlington features a busy General Motors assembly plant where they make the Suburban and other Chevrolets. Because Arlington has the largest business park in North Texas, many other busy companies make their home here, such as Texas Health Resources, an outfit that employs over four thousand workers to manage its network of 24 hospitals in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Texas Hardwood Flooring has installed hardwood flooring for many workplaces in Arlington as well as other cities in DFW.
Officially founded in 1876, Arlington welcomes around 6.8 million visitors a year to its world-famous attractions. Chief among them is the original Six Flags Over Texas, now an amusement corporation with thirteen theme park sites around the country. Besides that, Arlington is the site of two famous world-class sports facilities: AT&T Stadium, the new (2009) home of “America’s Team,” and Globe Life Park, finished in 1994, where the American League baseball club, the Rangers, play their home games. Not only that, but the newly christened Dallas Wings, a WNBA franchise, plays its home games in this fine city.
Arlington is home to the International Bowling Museum & Hall of Fame, the huge water park Hurricane Harbor, the Arlington Museum of Art and the Arlington Music Hall. In the heart of downtown, an official Texas cultural District, is the Levitt Pavilion, an open-air performance space that hosts about 50 free concerts a year.
