Thrilled with how our floors came out after refinishing. This house is over 100 years old and the floors are original. This was a hard job to tackle as we had quite a bit of damage due to age. Even so, they turned out beautifully and we were also able to get a bit of custom staining done in the kitchen! Jesse handled our questions and concerns throughout the process professionally and promptly. The clean-up after the job was top notch- as well- I had resigned myself to the assumption that there would be dust everywhere for months just given the nature of the work, but there has barely been anything left behind at all. With the red oak install having only been half way completed, Texas Hardwood Flooring finished the install and scraped, stained and clear-coated all installed wood, including what the first company started.The workers showed up on time every day and Jesse stayed in constant contact with me to ensure I was 100% pleased with the work they were doing.When the job was completed, I noticed a few things that needed more attention, and the crew came back out to immediately address these items.I love the new floors and they look awesome. Texas Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job of matching the stain on my new floors to the existing wood floors in my home. They replaced the carpet in an exercise room with solid oak and matched the stain to the oak stairway that leads to this 2nd floor exercise room. They replaced the carpet in a 3rd floor pool table room with Engineered Oak and matched the stain to the wood floors on the 2nd floor that lead to the 3rd floor stairway to the pool table room. They were very careful, left things clean and most importantly the floors look great.
