When we install hardwood flooring in your home, we will provide stain samples in your home with your lighting so that you can see exactly how your floor will look in your home. At our showroom in the Design District, we have an entire room dedicated to sample of different wood species stains and finishes. Our project managers can discuss all the options with you to assist you in making the best choice for your home’s design. Species include red oak, white oak, maple, cherry, hickory and walnut. In Texas the most used species is oak. Patterns can include herringbone, chevron, and borders.

Today’s hardwood forests used to produce flooring products grow more than twice as fast as they are being harvested. Our floor suffered significant water damage from a leaky toilet in the restroom. When we called our insurance carrier, they were extremely difficult to deal with, and we struggled to get any progress. The entire process took about eight months to complete.
I was so disappointed with the insurance company. However, when I called Texas Hardwood Flooring, everything changed. Jesse and his team stepped in and helped with every part of restoring our home to its original beauty. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and held them accountable to do what they were supposed to do.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. The team was tireless, sometimes working until three in the morning to get us back into our home as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, transparency, attention to detail, and the clear, concise communication they provided throughout the entire process.
