HIGHLAND VILLAGE

Highland Village, Texas is a small, rustic, residential city snuggled up against Lewisville Lake. From a population of under 500 when it incorporated in 1963, this municipality has blossomed in the wake of the DFW Airport construction, like many other nearby cities.

LAS COLINAS

With Spring Trail Park along its east side and DFW International Airport on the west, Las Colinas is large, varied, and wildly popular. If location is everything, Las Colinas has it – centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, providing fast access to the entire DFW Metroplex.

LAKE DALLAS

Lake Dallas is enjoyed for its unique lakeside living and small-town feel within the heart of the expansive Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. LAKEWOOD

LANTANA

Lantana, Texas is the newest kid on the block! Lantana’s history is brief: Development started in 1999 after the Rayzor Ranch was sold to the builders. The first residents moved into this golf-centric master-planned community in the summer of 2001. Since then it has swelled to over 10,000 citizens and continues to grow. 

LITLLE ELM

LUCAS

MANSFIELD

MCKINNEY

PRESTON HOLLOW

RICHARDSON

Richardson, Texas, founded in 1873, was one of the first of the suburban Dallas cities to blossom. In the 1950s and ’60s, it was a “bedroom community” of choice for commuters to downtown Dallas, with the population growing from 1,300 to 55,000 between 1950 and 1970. Since around that time, we have been serving this community with hardwood flooring installation in new and old homes and businesses!

SOUTHLAKE

Southlake, Texas, as its name suggests, is south of a lake; Grapevine Lake, to be exact. This beautiful suburb was incorporated in 1956, a few years following the creation of the lake. Texas Hardwood Flooring has had a strong presence here, having installed many hardwood floors and refinished numerous others here in Southlake TX.

TROPHY CLUB

Trophy Club, Texas. This unusually-named city on the shores of Grapevine Lake was the first “master-planned community” in Texas, and centers around the 36 holes of golf that snake through beautifully wooded neighborhoods.

UNIVERSITY PARK

University Park, Texas is a bit of an oddity, as it is an “inner suburb,” like its neighbor Highland Park. The two “Park Cities” are surrounded entirely by their huge neighbor, Dallas. University Park has maintained its size, independence and character even as the enormous metropolitan area around it grows and changes.

UPTOWN

Just a tad north of downtown Dallas and connected by Klyde Warren Park, Uptown is a dynamic district with more than its fair share of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife destinations. The 130-year-old walkable neighborhood also boasts a free vintage trolley system.

WESTLAKE

Westlake, Texas could be the biggest city of its size around. This small town, founded in the 1950’s with the creation of the Circle T Ranch, in recent years has had a bit of a population boom. Westlake has grown nearly tenfold, from a population of 128 in 1970 to over 1,250 now. With more growth slotted for the future, Texas Hardwood Flooring is ready to help this community with its hardwood flooring installation needs.
