I recently purchased a home and hired Texas Hardwood to install new wood flooring throughout my entire downstairs and refinish the existing wood upstairs. This was a huge project, but Texas Hardwood made the entire process painless. They met every timeline they committed to, and when the inevitable surprises came up, they handled them with fairness and reason.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is special.
Our floor suffered significant water damage from a leaky toilet in the restroom. When we called our insurance carrier, they were extremely difficult to deal with, and we struggled to get any progress. The entire process took about eight months to complete.
I was so disappointed with the insurance company. However, when I called Texas Hardwood Flooring, everything changed. Jesse and his team stepped in and helped with every part of restoring our home to its original beauty. They worked directly with the insurance carrier and held them accountable to do what they were supposed to do.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. The team was tireless, sometimes working until three in the morning to get us back into our home as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, transparency, attention to detail, and the clear, concise communication they provided throughout the entire process.
I would highly recommend Texas Hardwood Flooring to anyone.

***UPDATES*** It's been a little over a year since our floors were done, and we have LOVED them. We get so many compliments and it's drastically improved the ease of cleaning up the house! A quick swiffer mop, and light vacuuming and we are good to go! We bought a lot of rugs to help make sure the quality of the floors are kept in good standing, as directed by Jesse Koo! We've even reached out and are discussing THF doing our mother in law suite in the back! Couldn't be happier, all the stress of renovating was far worth it. Thanks again! I’m writing this review cause it dawned on me, only people who like to complain write reviews & I’m tired of seeing people who sit behind a screen & write these bride-zilla reviews impact small businesses just to hear themselves talk!
I’ll be the first to admit I am one picky, hard headed individual. I like things done a certain way. I like to be in control. However, when you’re spending a lot of money on your home, your investment… let the EXPERTS do what they do best! Get off Pinterest, the DIY before & afters makes it look easy and glamorous. It’s not, it cost a lot of money & time to be done the right way and It’s stressful for the homeowner… BUT this crew took care of my home like it was theirs. They listened, took action & all I had to do was - do what they say! It’s hard to let go of control but when I took everything out of my home, stayed away for a week - let the experts do their job… my house is beautiful & exactly how I wanted it. They even did a walk through with me, & touched up certain things we noticed during the walkthrough. The team was so kind and easy to work with. Coming from a perfectionist - 10/10 recommend *EDITS* we finally have the house cleaned up & put back. In love! Dogs love it too! If you’re looking for a good selection of hardwood options, I picked the Modern Home concepts, American Coastal. Avalon Pier, Laminate!
